S&P 500 E-Minis Show Above 4,450

EQUITIES

S&P 500 e-mini futures continue to advance, showing further above 4,450 with yesterday’s (eventual) post-U.S. data bid extending further, this comes even with month-/quarter-end rebalancing models pointing to the need for rotation out of equities into bonds. Bids in European stocks & the benchmark Chinese CSI 300 index will have aided the pre-NY direction of travel. The 16 June highs represent the bull trigger and next level of meaningful technical resistance in the contract, after the recent pullback allowed technically overbought levels to unwind.
