Strikes At France’s Fos, Lavera Oil Terminals Extended Beyond 31 March

Strike action at the Fluxel Fos and Lavera oil terminals in France has been extended until further notice according to a shipping agent report.

  • Strikes at the terminals began on 13 March and were previously scheduled to last until 31 March.
  • During the industrial action all tanker operations are stopped.
  • Strikes also resumed at France’s Le Havre port on Wednesday, however, there are no information whether operations have been further disrupted beyond Wednesday 1am to 4pm, port agent Inchcape said.
