BOND SUMMARY: T-Notes hold below settlement levels in a narrow range, in what
has been another headline-light start to Asia trade. Little interest in Trump's
latest repeats of comments re: China trade talks and the latest offerings from
the Chinese state press. T-Notes last -0-08 at 130-19+, with yields marginally
higher across the curve. Eurodollar futures are 0.25 to 3.0 ticks lower through
reds. FVV9 119.50 puts saw a 10.0K block buyer, per a source.
- Aussie bond futures holding around SYCOM closing levels, with YM -4.0 and XM
-5.75. YM/XM a touch steeper at 23.75 as a result. Bills 1-5 ticks lower through
the reds.
- JGB futures have extended on their overnight move, last -44 ticks, breaking
lower at writing, with bear steepening in play on the curve.
