US TSYS: T-Notes ticked lower overnight as Chinese cash equities & U.S. equity
futures moved higher. T-Notes last down 0-01 at 124-08, off worst levels after
breaching Monday's low, with 10-Year cash Tsy yields at 2.417%. Yields are
marginally mixed across the cross.
- The highlight in terms of option flow came in the form of a 7.0K buyer of the
TYM9 125.00 calls.
- Fed Chair Powell introduced little in the way fresh topics in his latest
address during Asia-Pacific hours. Late Tuesday Fed's Williams noted that that
the Fed has changed its view "on how low unemployment can get without creating
inflation and I think that's a great thing for the U.S. economy."
- Eurodollar futures trade 0.25 tick higher to 1.0 tick lower through the reds.
- Addresses from Fed's Rosengren & Evans headline the docket today.
