US TSYS
US TSYS: T-Notes trade tightly at the re-open, -0-01+ at 129-27+, with the
upcoming ECB decision front and centre on Thursday.
- A much tighter range was in play for the contract on Wednesday, as it finished
slightly lower vs. Tuesday's settlement, while cash trade saw some marginal
outperformance for 2s.
- Solid corporate supply was once again evident, as has been the case since the
end of the summer hiatus.
- Also on the supply front, the latest 10-Year auction generated a narrow tail
as the cover ratio recovered to print pretty much in line with the 6-auction
avg. Dealer participation eased as indirect take down ticked up, but the
takedown metrics were also largely in line with thee 6-auction avgs.
- CPI & 30-Year supply headline the local docket on Thursday.
