ECB: Talking about yesterday's German Constitutional Court decision to refer the
PSPP to the European Court of Justice, analysts at SocGen write "the German
Federal Constitutional Court (GFCC) opened the case of the PSPP programme. As
for the OMT programme, it is doubtful that the ECJ will argue against the ECB.
The GFCC probably hopes that the ECJ will place limitations on the PSPP
programme as it did for the OMT programme."
