USDCAD remains in a corrective cycle and scope is seen for a short-term recovery. Recent gains through 1.3200 signal scope for a climb towards 1.3279, the 50-day EMA and a key resistance area. A clear breach of the average would suggest potential for a stronger recovery. Initial firm support has been defined at 1.3119, Sep 10 low. A break of this level would expose once again, support at 1.3038, Sep 2 low and 1.2994, Sep 1 low.
