COMMUNICATIONS

  • The offer includes an option for Telecom Italia to retain a minority stake for a certain period and support the strategic plan's implementation and is valid for 15 days, with Telecom Italia's Board of Directors set to review it on 07 Feb.

  • Telecom Italia is sitting +1.25% today and their spreads are tighter at most maturities (by up to 10bps at the short-end) though much of the outperformance noted on 22 Jan has since reversed.
