JGBS: The 2-3 Year zone of the curve outperformed this morning, with performance
mixed across the remainder of the curve, where the major benchmarks trade either
side of unchanged. Futures held a tight range, +6 at the break.
- There was little to rock the boat on the news flow/issuance front, outside of
the previously addressed points.
- The BoJ left the size of its 1-3, 5-10 & 25+ Year Rinban ops unchanged, with
the 1-3 & 5-10 Year ops seeing steady offer/cover ratios and tighter spreads,
while the 25+ Year ops saw a dip in the cover ratio and tighter spreads.
- 3-Month Bill supply due shortly.
