US TSYS SUMMARY: The announcement of a re-worked North American free trade deal
has weighed on Treasuries as risk appetite has picked up.
- The Dec 18 T-Note future is down 6.5/32 at 118-185, slightly off low of
118-165.
- The Treasury curve is bear steepening, with the 2-Yr yield up 1.2bps at
2.8311%, 5-Yr up 2bps at 2.9733%, 10-Yr up 2.4bps at 3.0855%, and 30-Yr up
2.8bps at 3.2335%.
- Pres Trump called the new `United States Mexico Canada Agreement, or USMCA, "a
great deal for all three countries." Dow futures up about 200 points.
- Dollar off slightly as USMCA buoyed CAD and MXN; DXY 0.02% lower at 95.112.
- Eurodollar futures are lower, contracts Jun20 and beyond off 3-3.5 ticks.
- Saw 3,770 TYZ8 futures block at 118-19+ at 0450EST.
- Fed speak today: Atlanta Fed Pres Bostic at 0830EST. Minneapolis Fed's
Kashkari at 1100EST. Boston Fed`s Rosengren at 1215EST. 
- US Markit manufacturing index final reading will published at 0945EST, with
1000EST seeing ISM manufacturing index and Aug construction spending.
