AUSSIE BONDS: The Australian Office of Financial Management (AOFM) will today

sell A$150mn of the 0.75% 21 November 2027 I/L Bond, issue #CAIN414.

- The line was last sold on 26 February 2019 for A$100mn. The sale drew an

average yield of 0.5082%, at a high yield of 0.5100% and was covered 4.7400x.

There were 32 bidders, 4 of which were successful and 3 were allocated in full.

Amount allotted at highest yield as percentage of amount bid at that yield was

35%.

- 10-Year AU break-evens currently sit at the lowest level observed since 2016,

as the market remains sceptical that any potential monetary easing from the RBA

will be enough to stoke inflationary pressures.

- The line has A$4.3bn outstanding with a modified duration of 8.37 years.

- Results due at 0000GMT/1100AEDT.
