GERMAN T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW: The Deutsche Finanzagentur is planning to issue
up to E2bln of a new 6-month valentine's day Feb 14, 2018 Bubill on Monday. 
- RV: The grey market for the new Feb 14, 2018 Bubill is indicating a mid-yield
of around -0.715%. Compared to Eonia, 6-month Eonia is currently seen at
-0.355%, giving a spread of -36bp. This compares to a spread of a -34.5bp seen
at the last 6-month Bubill auction. 
- HISTORY: At the last 6-month Bubill auction on 10 July, the finance ministry
sold E1.345bln at average yield -0.6866%, cover of 2.13 times and E655mln
retained for secondary market operations.  
- REDEMPTION: There will be a E2bln Bubill redemption on Wednesday this week,
leaving zero net supply. 
- TIMING: Results due to be announced shortly after bidding closes at 0930GMT.
