morning trade compared to Tuesday's close as Draghi slightly hawkish comments
offset Trump talk of raising tariffs on China. While German final HICP came in
unrevised at 1.2% y/y. Looking ahead there is likely to be a number headlines
from ECB members today with President Draghi opening ECB watchers conference in
Frankfurt. Attention will then turn to US retail sales data at 1230GMT. MNI
