EONIA: The front end of the Eonia curve is little changed in early Tuesday
morning trade compared to Monday's close as German final Dec HICP comes in
unrevised at 1.6% y/y. While there is continued uncertainty if Germany's SPD
membership will back grand coalition talks. Hawkish comments from ECB Hansson
yesterday have largely been dismissed, however markets will be on the lookout
for any other members to voice their opinions. Looking ahead Italy HICP is
released at 0900GMT. 1y/1y Eonia is 0.1bp higher at -12.2bp & following levels
in short-end Eonia Curve.
