morning trade compared to Monday's close as there is an easing in trade war
concerns in wake of concerns raised by some Republicans. However, BBG says the
EU has drawn up a list US products to slap tariffs on if Trump carries out his
threat to put tariffs on steel/aluminium imports. There is a distinct lack of
Eurozone data and official speakers today, so attention likely on US and trade
wars. MNI PINCH see a 24% chance of a 10bp hike in Dec, 1y/1y Eonia 0.1bp higher
at -13.2bp & following levels in short-end Eonia Curve.
