SONIA: The front end of the Sonia curve is modestly steeper in early Friday
morning trade compared to Thursday's close as markets now turn their attention
to next weeks BoE monetary policy decision, with markets expecting the central
Bank to raise rates for the first time in over 10-years. However before then we
have US first estimate of Q3 GDP and core PCE data this afternoon which is
likely to set the tone ahead of next week. MNI PINCH see markets pricing a 89%
chance of a 25bp rate hike in Nov 2017 and following levels in BoE forward dated
Sonia:-
* Nov-17 -0.1bp at 0.436%
* Dec-17 -0.1bp at 0.451%
* Feb-18 -0.2bp at 0.548%
* Mar-18 -0.1bp at 0.555%
* May-18 -0.1bp at 0.649%
* Jun-18 -0.2bp at 0.651%
* Aug-18 +0.2bp at 0.710%
* Sep-18 +0.2bp at 0.716%
