Boris Johnson, will need to attend a preliminary court hearing over statements
made during the EU referendum campaign in which he argued that the UK was paying
Stg.350mln a week to the EU, which he further claimed could be used to fund the
NHS.
- Johnson's odds on the Betfair Exchange subsequently slipped from ~2.9 this
morning to 3.9.
- The Jun-19 gilt future trades at 130.37, up 15 ticks from Tuesday's close and
5 ticks off the day's low; L-H: 130.32-130.53.
