TURKISH LIRA: The heavy TRY tone spilled over into Europe with a move to
Try6.7134 as markets focus on domestic inflation data at the top of the hour.
CPI is expected to rise to 17.60% y/y (Prior 15.85%), which incidentally would
be the highest reading since 2003. Further out, a reminder of the next policy
meeting on September 13. Next resistance is seen at Try6.7365 which represents
the 76.4% retracement of Try6.8427-6.3926, a break can look to challenge the
Try6.80 area. Last Try6.6777.
