CHINA: The International Monetary Fund raised its projection for China GDP
growth in 2018 and 2019, both up 0.1% to 6.6% and 6.4% respectively from its
forecast last October . 
- Stronger external demand is expected to contribute to the tick-up, although
China's GDP growth would moderate gradually: World Economic Outlook update
released Monday by the IMF. 
- The Fund praised China's leading role in curbing rising non-financial
corporate debt with tightening measures. 
****TAKEAWAY: China's GDP growth could still gain strong momentum in the next
two years, with exports projected to see continued strong growth.
