OIL: The major oil benchmarks edged lower in early dealing this week, as risk
sentiment was dented by Brexit, trade war and EM worry, with a slightly higher
USD also applying some modest pressure.
- Weekend reports highlighted steady to slightly higher levels of Russian &
Iraqi crude exports in August, while Friday's Baker Hughes rig count and monthly
EIA report pointed to an uptick in U.S. production.
- Libyan stability continues to garner attention with a state of emergency
triggered in Tripoli over the weekend.
