STOCKS: The majority of the major Asia-Pacific stock indices traded higher
Wednesday, following Wall St.'s positive lead.
- It is also worth remembering that U.S. index futures moved higher after the
Wall St. bell, aided by Facebook's engagement trends being better than many
feared in its quarterly earnings report.
- The Nikkei 225 added 1.7%, with the CSI 300 adding 1.1% as the Hang Seng added
0.6%. The ASX 200 is virtually flat.
- U.S. index futures have edged higher.
