NORGES BANK: The Norges Bank is expected to leave its policy rate on hold
tomorrow at 0.5% (0900GMT), the banks first decision and commentary since the
inflation target was lowered to close to 2.0% from 2.5% and its mandate revised
on March 2. Most analysts say the case for an autumn hike seems to be gaining
ground, and Thursday's Monetary Policy Report published along with the interest
