US TSYS/OVERNIGHT REPO: The overnight repo market Monday saw ongoing demand for
the 2-year note, while other Treasuries traded mainly quiet in muted summer
action, said traders. The Treasury General Collateral rate traded at 1.14%,
while the 2-year note traded quite a bit tighter at 0.85%. The 3/10/30-year
Treasuries traded loose, ahead of new repo market supply coming Tuesday,
Aug. 15th, the auction settlement date for last week's 3/10/30-year auctions,
said traders. Most other issues such as T-bills traded fairly quietly. (More)
