US TSYS/OVERNIGHT REPO: The overnight repo market on Tuesday saw the U.S.
Treasury 5-year note loosen up to a slightly less negative rate of -1.50%, while
the 2-year, 5-year and 7-year notes also had a milder bid.
- The 5-year note traded at -1.50% Tuesday vs. -3.00% Monday, said traders,
which occurred amid auction- and curve-tied shorts. 
- Meanwhile the 10-year note traded with a much milder bid, while the 7-year
note traded tight at first at 0.95% then loosened out a lot to 1.11%. The
Treasury General Collateral rate meanwhile traded at 1.12%. (More)
