EURO-DOLLAR: The single currency opened in Asia at $1.1972 toward the lower side
of yesterday's $1.1947 to $1.2070 range, where better-than-expected US consumer
confidence data encouraged profit-taking on Euro longs. There is no data or
scheduled events in Asia to influence direction, traders expect sideways
consolidation with no particular bias. Hourly resistance (Aug28) at $1.1942
should now act as support, while resistance is seen at $1.1994 (38.2%
$1.2070-$1.1947). Euro was last at $1.1968
