AUSSIE: The trade war headlines from the weekend also kept a lid on AUD/USD,
with the rate last dealing unch. at ~$0.7155.
- The rate's failure to hold above $0.7200 has done little to help bulls'
prospects, as they look for a close above the figure, to open up a challenge of
the $0.7305/10 area. Bears still look to the YTD low ($0.7085), ahead of the key
$0.7000 psychological level which is reported to hold option-related support.
- Tomorrow's RBA meeting minutes and Wednesday's address from RBA's Kent
headline the AU docket this week.
