The USD has edged higher in early dealing.....>

FOREX
FOREX: The USD has edged higher in early dealing this week, although headline
flow has been light on Monday.
- News flow over the weekend centred on Brexit matters, from both sides of the
channel, Italy's credit rating outlook being downgraded at Fitch & the lack of a
deal in the latest round of U.S.-Canada NAFTA talks.
- Today's PBOC CNY fix was slightly stronger (for the CNY) than anticipated.
- Focus today falls on global manufacturing PMI data & AU retail sales/Q2 input
data. On the central bank speaker front we are set to hear from ECB's Mersch.
This week will bring the BoC, RBA & Riksbank MonPol decisions, US NFP, Canadian
labour market data, global service PMI readings & AU GDP.
