US TSYS/5Y: The WI 5Y issue is at 1.917% into 1pm ET 5Y auction; traders

expected a 1.911% to 1.913% rate at such auction. "It will coem at the money,"

said one trader. "There will be some value buyers. It's attractive on the curve

and the yield backup will help."

- Recall that some expected good foreign buying.

- Recall also that other traders expected a good auction, but warned that the

issue could struggle in the aftermarket. And there was supposed to be tax

framework unveiling at 2:15pm ET, and Pres. Trump speaking about 3:15pm ET on

taxes (could be a tiny bit earlier so start watching for that around 3pm ET.)
