BOND SUMMARY
BOND SUMMARY: - There has been limited movement in US TSYs. Current yields:
2-year 2.833%, 10-year 3.054%, 30-year 3.312%.
- JGB yields have inched higher. The benchmark 10-year yield trades at 0.095% up
from a low of 0.083%. The Dec-18 JGB future trades at 151.00 off a morning high
of 151.03.
- German bunds have rallied since the open with little overall movement in the
curve. The 2-year yield trades at -0.592% down from a high of -0.583%, while the
10-year is down to 0.337% from 0.348%.
- The French curve has flattened on the back of the short-end selling off and
the long-end rallying. The 2s10s spread has traded down to 115.3bps from
116.9bps.
-  Italian BTPs have rallied, with price action relatively subdued compared to
recent extremes. The 2-year BTP yield has pushed down to 0.842% from 0.901%.
-   Gilts have rallied with yields broadly down 2pp, albeit without any
significant Brexit-related developments. The 30-year, meanwhile, has sold off.
-  Euro$ are flat/0.5 ticks higher. The Euribor strip is flat/1.0 ticks higher.
