Tight Trade Continues

US TSYS

Tsys have meandered through the last couple of hours of Asia-Pac dealing, with a lack of headline flow apparent, contained two-way trade in oil futures observed and a lack of impetus to drawn on from the equity space. As a result, TYM2 has stuck to the 0-06+ range set earlier in the session, last -0-04+ at 122-25. The curve has been subjected to some light twist flattening, withs 2s running 0.5bp cheaper, while 30s are 2.5bp richer on the session. Flow has been dominated by the previously flagged TYM2 blocks (2x +1.5K).
