Tight, Two-Way Start

US TSYS

As mentioned elsewhere, two-way flow observed thus far, although T-Notes remain in a relatively confined 0-03+ range, last -0-02 at 133-06+ after e-minis recovered some poise to trade higher on the day. Yields are little changed in early cash Tsy trade. China and South Korea are still out on holiday, which will hamper liquidity and the broader impetus during Asia-Pac hours. Expect activity to pick up when the Hang Seng gives the market a more general feel of the direction of travel for risk sentiment after yesterday's Evergrande-related troubles.
