EURO-DOLLAR: Touched a recovery high of $1.1084 in early NY Tuesday before
closing the day around $1.1078. Consolidation in early Asia before rate dipped
to $1.1070, recovered to $1.1077 before drifting off to $1.1071 into Europe.
Risk was given a knock in Asia after the US Senate passed its HK Human Rights
and Democracy Act which prompted warnings from Beijing of retaliations if passed
into law. Sino-US trade negotiations continue in the background. Option expiry
interest today focused on $1.1000-07 for E1.17bln, the area between $1.1035-60
holding E1.16bln of expiries. EZ data calendar light. ECB Makhlouf, Rehn and
Lane are all due to speak. Main focus on FOMC Minutes at 1900GMT. 
- Support $1.1070/60, $1.1050, $1.1028(61.8% 1.0989-1.1090). Resistance
$1.1084/90, $1.1100/05.
