US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are slightly lower to open the week, but are steady
overall.
- T-Note Dec18 future is a tick lower at 117-295, trading in a tight range
(117-28 to 118-02) thus far Monday..
- Modest curve steepening: 2-Yr yield up 0.4bps at 2.9082%, 5-Yr up 0.7bps at
3.0533%, 10-Yr up 0.8bps at 3.1997%, and 30-Yr up 0.5bps at 3.381%.
- Eurodollar strip fairly flat, futures beyond Mar20 off 0.5-1.0 ticks.
- Dollar is a little stronger but overall fairly steady, DXY up 0.02% at 95.735.
- Tsys / Rates overall have had a muted response to Asian/European equity rally,
keyed by Italian spreads narrowing and China tax cuts. 
- No key US data Monday; no FOMC speakers scheduled either.
