US TSYS/7Y: Treasuries dip a little more amid a bit more short-setting into the
1pm ET US$28B 7Y note auction; but traders expect the market will improve after
7Y note auction, as there still is safe-haven reason to own Tsys amid N.Korea
risk.
- Jefferies money market economist Tom Simons said the 7-year note auction "is
the same size as last month" and will "pay down $1.7 bln, though there will be a
SOMA add-on of approximately $0.9 bln."
