US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have been fairly directionless so far Thursday,
briefly peaking alongside weakest intraday levels for equity futures. 
- The Mar 19 T-Note future is up 4/32 at 121-27, having traded in a range of
121-235 to 121-31.
- The high in Tsys was hit around 0300ET as S&P Eminis troughed at 1% down but
have since recovered losses, now down just 0.3%.
- The 2-Yr yield is down 0.8bps at 2.5327%, 5-Yr is down 0.8bps at 2.5286%,
10-Yr is down 0.9bps at 2.7128%, and 30-Yr is down 1.2bps at 3.0587%.
- Dollar also pared early gains, DXY index now flat at 96.053.
- Trade matters a theme overnight, with concerns surrounding Huawei & ZTE, in
addition to talk of a delay in U.S. trade talks with both the EU & Japan.
- Focus today moves to an address from Fed's Quarles (1045ET), while Williams &
Harker speak Friday, ahead of the Fed's Blackout.
- Additionally at 0830ET we get weekly jobless claims data and the Philly Fed
survey.
- Morgan Stanley, Netflix and American Express headline the earnings docket.
