US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have ticked higher on some modest risk-off Tuesday
morning, with a limited data set ahead and the Fed policy meeting kicking off.
- Dec 10-Yr futures (TY) up 5/32 at 129-10 (L: 129-01.5 / H: 129-11), alongside
S&P Emini futures off modestly (-0.1%) and USD a little stronger (+0.2% vs EUR).
- In truth, pretty slow overnight, limited flow noted. Tsys had ticked lower in
Asia-Pac session on higher risk appetite, which faded as Europe came in.
- Modest curve flattening: 2-Yr yield is down 1.2bps at 1.6315%, 5-Yr down
1.1bps at 1.6504%, 10-Yr down 1.6bps at 1.8261%, 30-Yr down 2.1bps at 2.3126%.
- The 2-day FOMC meeting kicks off this morning. The MNI Fed Preview went out

- All 2nd-tier data today, the `highlights` being Oct Conf Board Confidence and
NAR Sep Pending Home Sales (both 1000ET) and Dallas Fed Services (1030ET).
