US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries remain under pressure in a follow through from
Monday's risk-on shift amid the US trade agreement with Mexico, though are off
weakest levels seen in Asian trade.
- 2-Yr yields are up 0.8bps at 2.649% (off high of 2.657%), 10-Yrs are up 0.4bps
at 2.849% (off high of 2.859%).
- The 2s-10s spread is down 0.4bps at 19.63bps, though 2s30s are 0.1bps steeper
at 34.9bps and 10s30s are 0.5bps steeper at 15.1bps as the ultra long end has
underperformed.
- Eurodollar futures strip pretty flat, a few contracts up half a tick.
- Focus on Tuesday turns to 5-Year Note supply, though a few data points worth
paying attention to, including wholesale inventories at 0830EST/1330BST and
Conference Board consumer confidence at 1000EST/1500BST.
