US TSYS: Treasuries saw buying demand amid lesser corporate rate-lock hedges,
which were a factor pushing Tsys lower on Friday. "Clients are getting long in
the long end," said one observer. "The market had pressure Friday due to
rate-locking, but that has dissipated now." 
- However, he noted, "you still have a lot of event risk this week: there is the
ECB meeting Thursday, and there are 2Y, 5Y and 7Y note auctions this week. Plus
there is the US Treasury November refunding statement out Nov. 1st."
