US TSYS: Treasuries traded slightly weaker in early NY, aided a bit off the lows
by a softer Sept. 9.4 NY Fed business leaders activity index (vs 11.7 Aug.)
Traders generally expected to keep positions light and flexible until Wed
afternoon, when the two-day FOMC meeting outcome announced at 2pm ET, then the
2:30pm ET Fed Chr Yellen news conference.
