Trump And Haley Tied In New Hampshire Poll

US

A new survey from the American Research Group has found that former President Donald Trump and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley are tied in polling ahead of the January 23 New Hampshire Republican presidential primary.

  • The poll finds Trump and Haley tied with 40% of the vote share. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, who has since withdrawn from the race and endorsed Trump, both receive 4%.
  • The Hill's New Hampshire polling average give's Trump an 8% lead over Haley who has seen a major polling surge since October.
  • The AMG has consistently projected the closest New Hampshire race, with their three most recent polls giving Trump a four-point lead over Haley.
  • Since Trump's decisive victory in yesterday's Iowa caucuses, the prevailing view is that a strong performance in New Hampshire will effectively deliver the nomination to Trump. Trump will also likely be boosted by the migrating voter base of Ramaswamy and helped by Haley and DeSantis splitting the non-Trump vote.
