- With equities under pressure amid Trump admin's threat of tariffs up to 25% on
Mexican imports and no sign of backing down on the U.S.-China trade front, Sep
10-Yr futures (TY) are up 20.5/32 at 126-21 (L: 126-02 / H: 126-23).
- S&P futures on day's lows at time of writing at 2753.75 (off 1.3%).
- Big rally (10+ ticks) in Red Eurodollars, with strip firmly inverted.
- Also notable further inversion to new cycle lows in 3M10Y -6.053bps at
21.833bps (L: -22.526), and 1Y10Y -4.755bps at -13.176 (L: -14.132).
- Apart from trade headline watching, highlights include U.S. PCE & personal
income/spending data, while Fed's Williams & Bostic make appearances.
- MNI Chicago PMI is also due as well as May final Uni. of Michigan sentiment.
