US TSY FUTURES: Tsys heading lower again, looking to test early session lows as
US$/Yen bounces/climbs higher (+.18, 111.16); equities mildly higher (sorry FB,
not you or other high-techs). Curves mildly flatter still however. Sources
report cash bid for 5s, pre-auction short sets, two-way option flows trade
volume remains rather muted, however. Current cash 10Y 99-07 (2.965%) vs.
99-29.25 (2.665%) late Wednesday; 30YY 3.092%. Curve flatter:
* 2s10s -1.330, 28.780 (27.699L/30.177H);
* 2s30s -1.530, 41.431 (41.680L/42.883H);
* 5s30s -0.864, 24.393 (23.654L/25.310H);
Current futures levels:
* Sep Ultra bonds down 25/32 at 156-19 (156-10L/157-06H)
* Sep 30-yr Bond futures down 18/32 at 142-27 (142-22L/143-08H)
* Sep 10-yr futures down 7.5/32 at 119-13.5 (119-10.5L/119-18H)
* Sep 5-yr futures down 4.25/32 at 113-03.75 (113-02.75L/113-06.5H)
* Sep 2-yr futures down 1.25/32 at 105-21.75 (105-21.5L/105-22.5H)
