US TSYS/7Y: Tsys slide lower amid selling on news that US House has passed the
Senate-approved budget, said traders; that passage means that the Trump admin
and allies in Congress might actually get some traction on a tax reform package,
they added.
- "The Treasuries market is now trending to higher rates," summarized one
veteran trader at a primary dealer. "Upticks are to be sold. And the House
passing the Senate budget means Tsys should be sold." 
- Tsys also declined amid delayed setup sales and shorts into the 1pm ET $28B 7Y
auction.
