TTF Edges Higher amid Cooler Weather Next Week

TTF front month is holding just above the previous close level after pulling back from a high of 27.485€/MWh yesterday.

    • TTF MAY 24 up 0.3% at 27.44€/MWh
    • TTF Q3 24 up 0.7% at 28.35€/MWh
    • TTF WIN 24 up 0.3% at 33.07€/MWh
  • Norwegian pipeline supplies to Europe are today nominated at 326.9mcm/d after unplanned field outages yesterday and ahead of planned seasonal maintenance later this month.
  • Above normal temperatures are expected across Europe in the coming week and peaking in NW Europe on about April 13 before cooling back to near normal into the second half of April.
  • European LNG sendout was at 332mcm/d on Apr. 8 compared to an average of 330mcm/d so far in April.
  • European gas storage was up to 60.62% full on Apr. 8 according to GIE compared to the seasonal five year average of 42.56% full.
  • Gas transit flows through Ukraine are at 42.4mcm/d today and Algeria gas flow to Italy at Mazara are at 71.3mcm/d.
  • ICE TTF daily aggregate traded futures volume was yesterday at 357k.
