TTF holding steady with cold weather across northern areas of Europe balanced against record LNG supplies and with the help of storage withdrawals.

  • The market continues to wait on further progress from EU members in coming up with a structure to cap gas prices. Some members including Germany and the Netherlands yesterday expressed their opposition to a lower price cap. The ECB have also warned that the price cap could jeopardize the financial stability and needs to be redesigned.
  • EU ministers are scheduled to meet next week on Dec 13

    • TTF SUM 23 down -1.3% at 138€/MWh
    • TTF WIN 23 down -0.6% at 135.99€/MWh
    • TTF SUM 24 up 0.7% at 99€/MWh
    • TTF WIN 24 up 0.6% at 95.1€/MWh
