TTF Surges on Freeport Shut Down

NATURAL GAS

Front month TTF is surging higher to a new intra-day high of €28.945/MWh amid possible LNG supply disruptions after headlines suggested the US Freeport LNG export facility will shut one unit for around one month. Earlier downside was driven by forecasts for mild weather, healthy storage levels and sufficient supplies.
