Gilts were volatile yesterday but continue to move in a sideways direction for
now. Support has been defined at 136.56, yesterday's low. The near-term outlook
remains bullish with scope for an extension of gains likely near-term. The focus
is on 137.69, Jun 18 high. A clear breach would open key resistance and the
trend bull trigger at 138.02, May 22 high. On the downside, a breach of 136.56
and 136.54 would instead signal scope for a deeper pullback.
