The trend condition in Treasuries remains bearish, however, a bullish corrective cycle remains in play and the contract has recovered from its recent lows. Resistance to watch is 111-17+, the 20-day EMA - it has been pierced, with Wednesday trade briefly touching 111-20. A clear break of this average would signal scope for a stronger recovery and expose the 50-day EMA, at 112-12+. The bear trigger has been defined at 109-24, Aug 4 low.
