UK DATA: UK Borrowing Rises In August As Student Loans Added

UK debt rose in August, although the netted impact of incorporating both 
student loans and pension accounting changes, debt-to-GDP fell to 80.9% 
compared to a published 82.4% pre-changes for July and 81.0% under the 
new conditions. Year-to-date borrowing stood at stg31.2 billion through 
the end of Aug, compared to stg24.4 billion for the same period last 
year.
