UK Gilt leads Govies lower

  • Bund look to test through 139.73 yesterday's low, but volumes are still fairly subdued, now off the low, after printing 139.64.
  • A clear break through the latter, opens to 139.26.
  • Gilt future is leading to the downside, pushing the Gilt/Bund spread wider, after it tightened for the whole of October and the start of November.
  • The spread tested its lowest level since the end of August this week, but sits 1.3bp wider, since the Gilt open.
